It’s a clever find from Aldi, produced in north eastern Italy, from the little-known Ribolla Gialla grape, and, to my mind far superior to many Proseccos. Full of ripe apple and pear fruit, with a delicious lemony twist, it’s an absolute delight. The perfect, affordable sparkler for summer (and actually all year round)!
