As the quirky name suggests, a silky red that’s perfect with game ( and many other dishes). Smokey, rich in dark, brooding fruit, and oozing sweet, gamey aromas, this is a sophisticated take on Shiraz. Glorious sweetness of fruit, and lively freshness, scattered with warm spice and black pepper, it’s soft and juicy, only partly oaked, packed with sweet damson plum flavours. Game is obvious, but perfect for Christmas Day turkey, and Boxing Day gammon.
