Definitely my bargain of the week.

This little gem is overloaded with a juicy riot of summer fruits; raspberry and cherry, juicy, a real fruit bomb of flavour. Light in style, soft, fruity, with a dusting of wild herbs. The sicilian frappato grape, in its fresh exuberant glory, is tempered with the deeper Syrah for a delightful blend. If you don’t favour full-bodied reds, this is one for you, with its delicious freshness.  Pasta, pizza, chicken bakes, it worked for me with chicken and ricotta polpette.
